Regional consultants empowering businesses, organisations, and communities to thrive through genuine partnership & practical expertise.
Our story
Trice Consulting was born from a simple observation: regional, rural, and remote organisations face unique challenges that metro-focused consultancies don't truly understand.
They need more than fly-in, fly-out experts who deliver generic solutions and leave.
They need partners who get it—because they live it.
Today, we're a team of experienced consultants based across regional Queensland, working with organisations throughout Australia.
We're committed to one clear purpose: to see regional people, businesses, organisations, and communities thrive.

We want to see regional people, businesses, organisations, and communities thrive. This isn't just a tagline - it's why we do what we do. We believe regional Australia has enormous potential, but faces unique challenges that require genuine understanding, accessible support, and practical solutions built for regional realities.

Trudi Bartlett, Director
We're not here to create dependency or extract value. We're here to empower regional, rural, and remote organisations to thrive.
We're hours away, not days; when you need support, we turn up, and when we give advice, it's grounded in regional realities.

And unlike metro-based consultancies, we actually live in regional areas.

- We connect you with the right people in our extensive networks, facilitate partnerships that amplify impact, and create opportunities for collective success.
- Regional communities thrive through collaboration.
Regional First
- We understand regional, rural, and remote contexts because we live here.
- We know the challenges of distance, limited resources, tight-knit communities, and the unique opportunities regional Australia offers.
- When you need us, we turn up.
We're building Trice Consulting to be a lasting resource for regional Australia. Our vision is to continue growing our impact, expanding our networks, developing new ways to build regional capability, and proving that regional organisations can not only compete but lead.
By 2030, we aim to have supported hundreds more organisations, built extensive automated learning resources, established the Trice Academy, and created sustainable pathways for regional businesses and communities to access the expertise they need, when they need it.
But our core focus will never change: to see regional people, businesses, organisations, and communities thrive.

Trudi Bartlett, Director
