Performance of Contract: We collect and process your Personal Information when necessary to deliver our consulting services to you, including organisational leadership, project management, grant writing, event management, and other services. This includes responding to enquiries, managing projects, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and fulfilling our contractual obligations.
Legitimate Interests: We process your Personal Information to support our legitimate business interests, including:

What information we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from Users.
The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information about a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“ Non-personal Information ”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from whom the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g., the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.), in order to enhance the functionality of our Site. We may also collect information on your activity on the Site (e.g., pages viewed, online browsing, clicks, actions, etc.).
The second type of information is Personal Information, which is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual. Such information includes:

- Registration Information: When you register to our Site or create a membership account through Mighty Networks, you will be asked to provide us with certain details such as: full name; email address; phone number; business name and industry; and other relevant profile information.
- Contact and Enquiry Information: When you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or complete a contact form on our Site, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, organisation details and the nature of your enquiry.
- Communication Preferences and Marketing Data: When you subscribe to our mailing list or receive communications through Brevo, we collect your email address, name, communication preferences and engagement data such as email open rates and click activity. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
- Community and Platform Activity: Through your use of our Mighty Networks community, we may collect information about your participation, including course progress, discussion contributions, event attendance and interactions with other community members.
- Billing and Payment Information: If you purchase a service, program or membership through our Site, we may collect billing details such as your name, organisation, billing address and payment information. Please note that payment card details are processed securely by our third party payment provider and are not stored directly by Trice Consulting.
- Professional Information: In the course of delivering our consulting services, we may collect professional information including your job title, business objectives, industry sector and other details relevant to the services we provide to you.
- Voluntarily Provided Information: Any additional information you choose to share with us through surveys, feedback forms, event registrations or direct correspondence.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
- When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details to register on our Site;
- When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;
- From third-party providers, services, and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).
What information do we collect?
We do not rent, sell, or share Users' information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

- To personalise your experience – tailoring the content, resources and recommendations we provide based on your preferences, behaviour and interactions with our Site and community;
- To process enquiries and onboarding – managing new client registrations, consultation requests and intake forms to facilitate the delivery of our consulting services;
- To conduct statistical and analytical purposes, intended to improve the Site and our service offerings;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations – retaining records as required by applicable law and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
In addition to the different uses listed above, we may transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies and subcontractors.
In addition to the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, we may share Personal Information with our trusted third party providers, who may be located in different jurisdictions across the world, for any of the following purposes:
- Hosting and operating our Site;
- Managing our online community platform – we use Mighty Networks to host and operate our membership community, deliver digital programs and facilitate member communications. Mighty Networks may store and process your information on servers located outside of Australia;
- Managing client communications and email marketing – we use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing platform to send service communications, newsletters and promotional content, and to manage contact records and communication preferences. Brevo may store and process your information on servers located outside of Australia;
- Providing you with our services, including providing a personalised display of our Site and community experience;
- Storing and processing such information on our behalf;
- Performing research, technical diagnostics or analytics to help us understand how our Site and services are used and to improve our offerings;
- Providing you with marketing offers and promotional materials related to our Site and services.
Overseas Disclosure of Personal Information
Some of the third party service providers we use to operate our business are based overseas, which means your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored or processed in countries outside of Australia. In particular:
- Mighty Networks is headquartered in the United States of America and your information may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States;
- Brevo is headquartered in France and operates under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information may be stored and processed on servers located within the European Union or other jurisdictions in which Brevo operates.
Where we disclose your Personal Information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure that those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
However, please be aware that by providing your Personal Information to us and consenting to its use as described in this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that an overseas recipient complies with the APPs, in accordance with APP 8.1, where you have provided that consent.

Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
